    We don’t write reviews often, but we had to for this book. We were just diagnosed with an inflammatory condition, and we found this book to be super helpful. We did an aip diet once a few years ago, and we felt the best we ever have in our life–but figuring out what to make was overwhelming and stressful. This book takes out the overwhelm, and makes following this diet much, much easier. It is simple, straightforward, and very easy to read. We can’t wait to get started with these recipes. The only suggestion we have with future editions is to include more substitutions, particularly with the smoothies. Also, wanted to add that yes this book does include some food not typically found in an aip diet. However, if you read the entire intro section it explains why, and stresses the importance of listening to your body and eliminating those foods if they cause you trouble.

    Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. We have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding us to eat food which doesn’t cause inflammation. The food is great, we haven’t felt as if we are restricted in our diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps.

    We have fibroouralgia and thought this might be for us. Well, again, not so much. Most of the items are geared for vegetarian diets and that is not me. Gave it as a gift. Seller a+.
